The Challenge

Three were introducing new career progression policies. They needed their people to feel engaged and empowered in their careers.

The Concept

Using retro gaming imagery and language, we aimed to bring out the fun in career progression. The aim of this branding was to have a recognisable vibrant aesthetic for all internal careers content that enabled open conversation and felt different to

other employers.
